Karen was careful in reviewing the order and noted that we ordered one canvas and one paper print. She double checked with me to confirm this was intentional, but it was not. She caught my error and quickly and easily corrected it before filling the order and shipping. From ordering to receipt of product in perfect condition - 6 days!
