    About the Artwork:
Karen's oil paintings express her appreciation of nature with a simple intimacy that conveys a quiet emotion and a gentle strength. A versatile impressionist, her forte is plein air landscape. With a subtle play of light, color, and composition, her paintings have a moving sculptural quality. The original oil painting this print depicts was painted Sept 7, 2011.

This beautiful Angel, with the butterflies floating throughout-is stunning! It will be auctioned off at a Charity Golf fundraiser to support Alzheimer’s research. The butterflies symbolize HOPE. Thank you, Karen.

Karen is fabulous to work with. Out of the five paintings I have purchased in the last three months, the first one, and the last two are my absolute favorite. The two in the middle just have the wrong color scheme.q
